Ms. Simpkins is a results-driven organizational development & performance improvement leader. Her 20-year career experience is comprised of leadership roles in human services, higher education, and non-profit organizations. Her responsibilities have ranged from resolving performance and productivity challenges to leading change management and academic programs. From a global perspective, she’s managed community development initiatives, organizational assessments in addition to talent development projects in Canada, Europe and the Caribbean.
Ms. Simpkins received a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication at Towson University. Ms. Simpkins serves as an executive board member for Learning Disabilities Association of Maryland and MANE, Inc., a breast cancer advocacy organization.
